ORDERING
Safe online ordering is available through our Website. If you prefer to order
by mail, please email us via the "Send Us An Email" form and we will email you instructions on how to order. To access the "Send Us An Email" form, click on the "Contact Us" link

PAYMENT
We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, personal check (US banks only) and money order. Orders paid for by check (US banks only) will be held for up to 10 days for clearing. Orders paid for by money orders other than those redeemable by the US Post Office will be held for up to 10 days for clearing.

RETURNS
All sales on purses, knitted fashions and jewelry are final. We represent our products as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly due to computer monitor differences. If you have any questions about our products, please contact us before ordering. All returns must have prior written authorization. All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
SHIPPING
We ship to most countries around the world via USPS Airmail Letter Post. Usually, delivery time is 4-7 days after the package has shipped. During the checkout process, you will be presented with the shipping charges to your location. If you receive a message that shipping is not available to your location, please contact us.
We ship via USPS, FedEx and UPS. Orders paid for by Visa or MasterCard will be
shipped within 48 hours of payment receipt. Orders paid for by check (US banks only) will be
held for up to 10 days for clearing. Orders paid for by money orders other than
those issued by the US Post Office will be held up to 10 days for clearing. We
will notify you of any delay in shipping. Please review your shipment promptly
for irregularities. Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Please notify
us and your USPS, FedEx or UPS representative of any damages. This will aid both
of us in resolving the claim quickly. For shipping rates, please click on the "Shipping Rates" link
in the Information box.
CUSTOMS
Please note that, depending on your country's laws, you may be charged Import Duties/Taxes on your package. The payment of these fees is entirely your responsibility. By purchasing from our site, you agree to accept full responsibility for any fees due on your package. On any required Customs form, we will enter the total sale price of the products you purchase from us and we will not claim the package to be a gift.
